She is a Senior Research Fellow at the Advanced Centre for Atmospheric Radar Research (ACARR), pursuing her Ph.D since December 2020 on Tropical ABL characterisation using VHF radar and model. She holds an M.Sc. in Space Science and Technology and an M.Tech. in Atmospheric Sciences. She previously worked for two years as a Project JRF under an ISRO–RESPOND project at CUSAT, focusing on microphysical and boundary-layer influences on the isotopic composition of monsoon rainfall. She has also completed research internships at IITM, Pune and NIO, Cochin.
Her research interests include boundary layer meteorology, radar remote sensing, ionospheric studies, cloud microphysics and space–atmosphere interactions. She has published seven peer-reviewed international journal articles and has received multiple awards, including the Best Student Poster Award in the Atmospheric Sciences section (AOGS 2024 held in South Korea), IMS Best Paper Award, FERCC Fellowship Award and IMS–FERCC Best Poster Award. She qualified the CSIR–UGC NET (2021) in Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences. In addition to her research, she is actively involved in scientific outreach activities, workshop organization and delivering academic lectures in both atmospheric and space sciences.
